Gifts That Sing is a personalized song creation platform. You provide story details, choose a genre, and we generate original music and lyrics tailored to your specifications. Songs are delivered digitally via unique shareable pages and downloadable audio files.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected plan (Single, Bundle, or Premium). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders.

3. Song Ownership & Usage

Once you purchase a song, you receive a personal-use license to listen to, share, and download your personalized song. You may share it with friends, family, and on social media. Commercial use (advertising, resale, public broadcast) requires separate written permission.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse to create songs with content that violates these guidelines. Story details and names you provide must be truthful and not intended to harass or harm any individual.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our product, all sales are final once the song has been generated and delivered. If there is a technical issue preventing delivery of your song, we will either regenerate the song or provide a full refund at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any issues.

6. Delivery

Songs are typically generated within 3 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, generation may take longer due to high demand. You will receive an email notification when your song is ready. Song pages remain accessible indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gifts That Sing provides songs on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
